Deanna Pelley

MA, LPCC

Many people come to therapy carrying the weight of trauma, anxiety, depression, or struggles with self-worth. Others simply feel “off” or unsettled in ways that are difficult to name. In our work, we will bring language to what feels unclear, helping to uncover underlying conflicts and reduce their burden.

I offer individual psychotherapy to adolescents and adults. My priority is to create a safe, thoughtful space where you feel free to share whatever comes to mind. Together, we will explore your emotions, relationships, and patterns of thinking to deepen insight into your inner world. I believe that greater self-understanding can open the door to meaningful and lasting change.

In addition to my clinical work, I am a board-approved pre-LPCC supervisor and welcome pre-licensed clinicians seeking to deepen their psychodynamic understanding and clinical skills while gaining supervised hours toward licensure. I offer a reflective, growth-oriented supervisory space that supports both professional development and the thoughtful use of self in clinical work.
