Founders Paula DeSanto and Ian McLoone bring years of clinical experience, program development, advocacy, and innovation to Expanse. A third founding partner, Dr. Jeffrey Sawyer, sadly passed away shortly after Expanse opened (January 2022)

Our vision expands beyond providing quality care. We are here to shape the delivery of care into a system that truly puts people first and understands the often complex and longitudinal nature of many behavioral health conditions.

As a result of decades of clinical practice and the development of key partnerships, our team is positioned to impact both policy and systems change and produce a workforce designed for the 21st Century.

Our leadership team has brought numerous seasoned clinicians to Expanse which allows us to offer a highly skilled, heart-centered team of practitioners to address your needs.
