I am a Registered Nurse with 35 years of experience in both medical and mental health care. I am passionate about supporting the whole person, believing that mental health and physical health are deeply connected and essential to overall well-being. Outside of work, I enjoy beekeeping, caring for chickens, gardening, fishing, traveling, and baking. I am married and a parent of three adult children.
