I hold two master’s degrees: one in Religion and Theology with a focus on Mystical Experiences from United Theological Seminary of the Twin Cities, and another in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus on Mindfulness-Based Counseling from Naropa University. I also have significant training in Psychedelic Medicine integration.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in mindfulness, somatic experience, spirituality, and a person-centered framework. I integrate an approachable style of neurochemical psychoeducation and a holistic body/mind approach, aiming to foster a space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered.

I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced or wish to experience psychedelic substances and are looking to integrate these transformative moments into their lives. Additionally, I focus on those who encounter transcendental and mystical experiences spontaneously, helping them navigate and build a healthy life around these profound events. Preparing clients for potential psychedelic experiences, ensuring safety and readiness, is also an essential part of my work.

I believe in acknowledging the diverse and sometimes conflicting realities that can arise in a person’s inner world. My work centers on reducing inner conflict and self-violence to cultivate a peaceful interior environment, promoting resilience and growth. Mistakes are a natural part of life, and I emphasize the importance of reducing self-inflicted pain to facilitate learning and rebuilding from these experiences.

Having served in the Peace Corps in Ukraine (Chernihiv, 2015-2018) and as a parent of three, I bring a grounded understanding of the challenges of marriage, parenting, and navigating life’s complexities. My journey has taught me the value of gentleness and grace, and I invite my clients to embrace these qualities as they work through their own life lessons.

I offer therapy in English, Russian, and Ukrainian, welcoming clients from diverse backgrounds.
