Kyle Ross

MA, LPCC

Kyle Ross has spent the last fifteen years in social services, initially starting out working in group homes for serious and persistent mental health issues. That initial experience led Kyle to being trained as an Adlerian therapy in the twin cities. Kyle has focused his career on building programs for high need populations. As a therapist Kyle has always focused his career on individuals struggling with traumatic events, individuals struggling with personality disorders, and helping find their place in the world. In his leadership roles he has helped establish community-based programs for high need clients, but his passion has been developing sustainable psychedelic programs. Kyle’s passion is both in his clinical work with clients and teaching new clinicians as they develop.

When Kyle is not at work, he teaches part-time at Saint Mary’s University, plays guitar, reads and enjoys time with his young son. He believes that developing innovative programs and sustaining those working in them creates a healthier mental health community. Blending the science behind psychedelic therapy with compassionate individualized care is a driving force behind Kyle’s work.
