With almost 20 years of experience, this Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and AAMFT Approved Supervisor has provided trauma-informed psychotherapy and clinical supervision across outpatient, community mental health, and private practice settings. Their work is grounded in attachment-based and relational therapy, supporting adults, couples, and families navigating trauma, identity development, anxiety, mood disorders, life transitions, and the complex emotional terrain of pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. Known for warmth, depth, and clinical maturity, they offer culturally responsive care that honors each client’s lived experience with a commitment to decolonizing therapy and addressing the broader systemic forces that impact well-being.
In the therapy room, the focus is on healing attachment wounds, strengthening relational capacity, and supporting clients in trusting their inner wisdom. This may include developing healthier boundaries, transforming entrenched patterns, and nurturing parts of the self that feel most alive and true. They are committed to creating a collaborative, compassionate space where emotional pain can be explored, shame can be dismantled, and clients can move toward deeper self-knowing, integration, and empowerment.
Their approach draws from an attachment-based lens, somatic therapies, Brainspotting, and systemic and feminist frameworks to foster meaningful and sustainable change. With a growing interest in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and the therapeutic potential of altered states of consciousness—including meditation and psychedelic-assisted healing—they remain engaged with cutting-edge approaches that expand possibilities for growth, healing, and transformation.
They welcome individuals and couples who are committed to personal growth and accountability, particularly in examining relational dynamics and aligning privilege in more equitable and conscious ways. Outside of clinical work, they are a social justice advocate and creative, finding inspiration through art, music, travel, and time spent near water.
