Lauren Roelike
MPS, Pre-LPCC, LADC
Lauren believes in the power of exploring and knowing yourself. She brings this, along with therapeutic values of authenticity, warmth, and nonjudgment, to guide people toward meaningful change in their lives. Lauren adopts a relational and emotionally focused approach to therapy to explore a person’s patterns and ways of relating. She collaborates with clients to meet them where they’re at, with the overarching goal of building insight and connection with their authentic selves. She appreciates psychodynamic, person-centered, and solution-focused approaches.
Lauren holds a Master of Professional Studies degree in Integrated Behavioral Health from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from St. Olaf College. She is currently working toward her LPCC and is a licensed alcohol and drug counselor. She has previously practiced in intensive outpatient and outpatient settings and worked with adult and adolescent clients.
